Returns & Exchanges

At Anchal Project, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our handcrafted goods. If you are not entirely happy, we accept returns and exchanges on unused items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
